In this section, we will focus on managing anxiety and emotional self-regulation which means to choose the most appropriate emotions for the circumstances.
Of course, it may not always be the most appropriate, to be calm. However, when we work on being calm as much as possible, we are much more likely to be who we want to be, in any given moment.
