Learning to be present in all we do, is much harder than it sounds and it is a skill we need to constantly practise. We need to constantly be aware of our thoughts, emotions and how they affect what we do moment by moment. We are then able to change our thoughts to those that are most beneficial, regulate our emotions allowing us to choose our behaviour,
